1913 American Charles Callahan publishes Washington: The Man and the Mason. It contain a letter wriiten by George Washington in 1798 to Reverend G.W. Snyder, acknowledging Washington's belief in the existence of the Illuminati and the revolutionary principles of Jacobinism in the United States.
